Artist's notes
"The colour scheme of primary  blue, reds, oranges and yellows was inspired by Mondrian. Smaller greyscale blocks emanate from the center of the image and divide the piece into quadrants. A very time-consuming piece to paint, with a huge amount of very think masking tape needed to create the individual rectangular segments."
