Artist's notes
"The overall image is obviously made up of lots of different square colours. The rows of darker colours help to create breaks in visual effect. Some of the rows feature a light colour stacked on top of a light colour (or dark on dark) which creates an illusion of columns of colours rather than a gridwork."
